[제조/물류] Production & Demand Planner

A global food manufacturer is searching for a Production & Demand Planner. The chosen applicant will be managing demand and production planning by consolidating sales forecasts, analysing trends, and creating rolling forecasts.

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate sales forecasts from the local sales team and global input (S&OP)
• Analyse historical sales trends, customer demand patterns, and seasonality
• Generate rolling monthly demand forecasts
• Translate demand forecasts into daily/weekly production schedules
• Coordinate with the production team to optimise line capacity, minimise changeovers, and ensure raw material availability
• Liaise with Procurement for raw material readiness
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans accordingly
• Highlight and reduce the risk of slow movers, overstocks, or stockouts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or related field
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in demand/production planning (food, FMCG, or the manufacturing sector is preferred)
• Strong analytical and MS Excel/ERP skills (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent systems are preferred)
• Experience with S&OP process is desirable
• Understanding of food manufacturing or raw material planning (fruits, ingredients,
  etc.) is preferred
• Fluent level Korean; English is a plus
