A global packaging solutions provider is looking for a Customer Service Representative. The chosen candidate will be managing the end-to-end order fulfilment process, including order placement, inventory control, sales recognition, and cost operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Take orders from customers and place production details with the converter, confirming production and delivery timeline
  • Resolve discrepancies on customer orders and facilitate communication between the customer and converter, or escalate as needed
  • Ensure inventory control and shipping; manage the aged or defective FG write-off process periodically
  • Maintain JDE system database for price and cost, and input daily sales and convert cost records
  • Confirm monthly converting billing amounts and notify converters
  • Provide weekly sales forecasts and monthly actual sales reports for IBP
  • Perform monthly closing, including sales close, FG Master updates, and cost reconciliation
  • Accept customer claims and resolve issues with converters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 7 years of experience in customer service or administrative function in multinational environment is a plus
  • Prior printing or packaging industry working experience is desirable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
