[식품/마케팅] NEA Marketing Director
An international consumer goods company is searching for an NEA Marketing Director. The chosen applicant will be responsible for overseeing brand building, digital and traditional media, consumer engagement, and innovation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strong marketing strategies across NEA markets in collaboration with agencies and distributors
- Manage and control the NEA A&P marketing budget, ensuring accurate reporting and effective allocation
- Lead local brand-building initiatives based on consumer insights, including communication campaigns, digital assets, and PR activities
- Coordinate local media strategies (offline and online), ensuring alignment with consumer behaviour and ROI focus
- Support regional and global marketing strategies by providing NEA consumer insights and participating in Asia-wide campaigns
- Drive innovation and promotional projects, including packaging development, celebrity partnerships, and events
- Monitor market performance and competitor activities to guide local portfolio strategy and channel expansion
- Ensure high-quality execution of all marketing activities, maintaining brand consistency and challenging partners or agencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business or marketing
- Several years of experience in brand management for an FMCG company
- Regional experience, especially in Japan and Korea
- Marketing experience profile
- Experience in Communication development (TV, Digital)
- Experience in Media strategy
- Prior project management experience
- Fluent level English; proficient in Korean and Japanese; other languages is a plus
