A Customer Success Manager role is now open at a foreign advertising services company. The chosen candidate will be driving strategic account planning, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive yearly, quarterly, or monthly account plans with advertisers, addressing risks and opportunities
  • Provide top-level strategic account management to ensure client retention and satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients, establishing yourself as a trusted consultant at all levels, including C-level
  • Advise on clients’ digital strategy and educate advertisers on the company’s technology across channels and devices
  • Optimise accounts to improve advertiser performance and drive growth opportunities to maximise revenue
  • Analyse performance metrics and KPIs to identify personalised solutions and ensure client goals (ROI, ROAS, revenue) are met
  • Aggressively grow revenue and negotiate additional budgets while upselling the company’s products
  • Lead internal account management initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 5-7 years proven experience in direct client relationships in online performance media for e-commerce players or brand agency experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of success in offering outstanding customer service and innovation
  • Expertise in retail or consumer brand verticals is highly preferred
  • Technical knowledge of site tagging, ad serving, and ad ops is advantageous
  • Fluent level English and Korean
