A global cosmetics company is looking for an E-commerce & Digital Director. The chosen applicant will be building a digital presence by shaping strategy, uncovering growth opportunities, and strengthening connections with online consumers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead e-commerce strategy across Pure Players, D2C, and e-retailers, optimising campaign planning and conversion
  • Manage key account relationships and negotiate business terms to maximise brand exposure and profitability
  • Develop and improve integrated sales dashboards; extract insights from consumer behaviour, product performance, and ROI
  • Utilise data visualisation tools to support decision-making and elevate insights
  • Define and refine SOPs for efficient e-commerce operations and enhance tools for monitoring and reporting
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Supply Chain to resolve issues and enhance the consumer experience
  • Drive strategic initiatives, explore new channels or partnerships, and innovate digital merchandising and engagement
  • Lead a cross-functional team and align strategies with Marketing, CS, SCM, Finance, and global stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • More than 10 years in e-commerce, digital, or commercial strategy roles in FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Goods
  • Experience in managing Pure Player channels and negotiating platform-specific programs
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio, Excel modelling, and
    performance metrics (ROAS, GMV, etc.)
  • Strong ability to analyse and interpret large datasets, visualise sales performance, and extract key insights
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across matrix organisations
  • Fluent level Korean and English
