Responsibilities:
- 법률문서 검토및 조언 제공
- 법률자문 및 협상 리딩
- 소송/중재를 비롯한 각종 분쟁/사건 검토, 관리
- 법적 위험 분석 및 전략 수립
- 법적 위험 예방을 위한 교육 및 관리
Requirements:
- 실무수습 (인턴연수) 기간 도과 이후 3년 이상의 경력
- 미국 변호사 자격 보유
- 글로벌 업무 역량 우대
- 제약 산업에 대한 이해 및 전문 지식 보유자 우대
- 해외 변호사의 경우 JD (Juris Doctor) 학위 우대
