An automotive manufacturer is looking for a Labor Relations Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maintain cooperative labour relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse current labour market trends and propose strategic recommendations
  • Support and facilitate wages and collective bargaining processes
  • Build strong working relationships with union representatives and HR colleagues
  • Monitor new policies and procedures to ensure compliance with updated labour laws
  • Assist on labour dispute cases at the Regional and National Labor Relations Commissions
  • Prepare reports on labour relations metrics and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in legal, HR, business administration, or other HR-related function
  • Strong legal mindset
  • Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a valid Labor Attorney licence
  • Business level English
