[부동산/안전관리] EHS Specialist

An international commercial real estate company is looking for an EHS Specialist. The selected candidate will support EHS compliance, drive safety culture, and ensure adherence to local and global safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on local and global Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) regulations
• Implement and maintain EHS management systems for site-level compliance
• Monitor incidents and near misses, support investigations, and execute corrective actions
• Conduct EHS training sessions and awareness programs for site teams
• Collect and analyse EHS data to identify improvement opportunities
• Participate in audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring follow-up on actions
• Support emergency response planning, including drills and readiness activities
• Promote best practices across sites to enhance EHS performance
• Collaborate with FM Operations and cross-functional teams to integrate safety initiatives

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in EHS management or related areas
• Strong knowledge of local industrial safety regulations (e.g., SAPA) and global EHS
  standards
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Effective communication skills and stakeholder engagement
• Business level English
