[제조/엔지니어] Maintenance Manager

An international food manufacturer is searching for a Maintenance Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Responsibilities:

• Set preventive maintenance plans and ensure execution
• Monitor and manage spare parts and maintenance supplies using SAP
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the spare parts storage, workshop, and office
• Analyse maintenance data and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement
• Supervise and motivate maintenance technicians with clear instructions and proper
  training
• Update and manage operating and training manuals for maintenance staff
• Review plant equipment operations regularly to identify issues and improvements
  opportunities
• Lead special projects (facility modifications, new equipment installations, cost-saving
  initiatives)
• Track and improve KPIs such as asset utilisation, maintenance cost, compliance, and
  schedule adherence
• Ensure maintenance safety practices are followed across the plant

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering
• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance
• Basic knowledge of CAD, SAP, and PLC
• Proficient in general IT systems
• Strong leadership and teamwork
• Good problem-solving skills
• Proficient in written and verbal English
