An international testing and certification company is looking for a Customer Service Officer. The chosen applicant will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient processing of requests and preparation of tailored quotes

Responsibilities:

• Process requests and prepare quotes tailored to customer needs
• Launch customer orders and ensure timely receipt of the order
• Prepare test programs and perform tests as required
• Evaluate test results, create reports and invoices as needed
• Issue certificates for products as necessary
• Provide administrative support for customer complaint processing
• Support the sales back office with customer service duties

Requirements:

• Vocational training or above in a commercial field, with a flair for natural sciences, or laboratory or textile technician vocational training and work experience
• Strong ability to work with teams
• Continued qualifications and updating their knowledge
• Customer- and service-oriented
