[제조/품질관리] QA Manager

A global packaging solutions company is searching for a QA Manager. The selected applicant will be in charge of leading and managing all aspects of quality assurance operations in the manufacturing site.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all quality assurance operations at the manufacturing site
• Ensure compliance with customer quality standards
• Maintain and improve internal quality systems and procedures
• Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
• Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related client communications

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of professional experience
• More than 5 years of experience in QA roles within manufacturing environments
• Proven track record in quality management within the chemical or B2B manufacturing sectors is preferred
• Experience in team leadership or people management
• Strong understanding of quality standards and systems (ISO, GMP, etc.)
• Ability to handle English-language interviews; fluency not required (reporting line is
  Korean)
