A global renewable energy company is looking for an Electrical Work Manager APAC. The selected candidate will oversee electrical infrastructure planning, coordination, and compliance across wind farm projects in the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary contact for customers, sales teams, and utilities regarding electrical infrastructure
  • Support network connection design in collaboration with network operators and engineering departments
  • Plan and implement SCADA and network functions, including on-site performance testing
  • Design transformers, switchgears, and control systems to meet grid code and contract requirements
  • Manage wind farm energisation and commissioning processes and provide regular project updates
  • Determine costs, manage delays and obstacles, and support contract and claims management
  • Coordinate project-specific HSE requirements from initial connection to final acceptance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Experience in project management, electrical engineering, energy supply or power engineering
  • Skilled in working independently and in international environments
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally
  • Possess a valid driver’s licence
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
