[리테일/PM] Product Manager

A consumer lifestyle brand is searching for a Product Manager. The selected candidate will manage product development projects, review designs, and perform other related duties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product development projects (set and operate schedules and goals)
• Review mold design and structural design
• Manage the overall PLC of projects
• Communicate with partners and technology providers
• Respond to quality issues and propose improvement plans

Requirements:

• Educational background in science or engineering
• More than 5 years of experience as a development PM (ODM, OEM, OBM)
• Experience in manufacturing development and executing multiple projects
• Experience in mass production (from pilot to mass production phase)
• Experience in managing planning, launching, and execution through NPD (New Product Development) process
• Experience in device product management
• Strong capabilities in project scheduling and overall PLC management
• High understanding of home appliances
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in Chinese or English
