[반도체/장비개발] Equipment Development Manager

A global semiconductor equipment company is looking for an Equipment Development Manager. The selected candidate will lead product development from concept to launch, driving innovation and ensuring technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage equipment development initiatives with strong technical guidance
• Develop and implement product roadmaps aligned with market trends and company goals
• Oversee full product lifecycle from concept and design to manufacturing and launch
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to integrate customer needs into product strategy
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet delivery targets
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Identify and assess new technologies to enhance development capabilities
• Drive continuous improvements in product performance and efficiency
• Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a related field
• More than 16 years of experience in equipment development within the semiconductor or LCD industry
• Proven experience leading and managing equipment development teams
• Experience in creating and executing product roadmaps
• Proficient in written and verbal English
