[제조/엔지니어] Senior Application Engineer

A Senior Application Engineer role is now open in an international manufacturing firm. The selected candidate will be in charge of aligning technical capabilities with customer needs through collaboration with external partners and global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with external technology teams to assess technical needs and align capabilities
• Facilitate technical exchanges by leveraging expertise in proton exchange membranes and electrochemical systems
• Influence system specifications to highlight technical strengths
• Develop a deep understanding of electrochemical applications and market dynamics
• Identify and respond to customer needs through global team collaboration
• Contribute to product development, commercialisation, and market introduction based on customer insights
• Educate internal teams and customers on product performance and application
• Support customer validation activities to meet Fit-For-Use and customer-specific requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in materials science and engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, polymer, or chemistry
• More than 5 years of experience in batteries or other electrochemical systems
• Experience identifying and advancing technical solutions from concept to implementation
• Strong technical capabilities and ability to engage with research scientists
• Project management competence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate application requirements into product specifications
• Ability and willingness to travel
