An international entertainment company is searching for a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition. The selected candidate will lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, aligning hiring strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish recruitment strategies for client groups and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to hire best-in-class, suitable individuals aligned with the company’s business strategies
  • Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide effective coaching on recruitment and selection processes
  • Utilise innovative sourcing channels, including social media, resume mining, diversity resources, and networking, to attract hard-to-find passive talent
  • Conduct in-depth screenings and assess candidates for interest level, qualifications, and compensation requirements
  • Promote the company’s competitive brand advantage and employment value proposition through strong business acumen
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Track and report recruitment activity data to monitor and enhance hiring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, and share insights with relevant teams

Requirements:

  • More than 3 years of work experience in full-cycle, in-house recruitment within the
    Media, Entertainment, or Consumer Products industries
  • Experience in direct sourcing and managing external agencies
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends
  • Prior search firm experience is a plus
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a matrix organisation is a plus
  • Native level Korean; business level English
