[제조/인사] Senior Recruitment Manager

An international renewable energy company is searching for a Senior Recruitment Manager. The selected candidate will be managing the recruitment activities, from coordinating with internal stakeholders to conducting contract negotiations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all recruitment activities using current recruiting tools
• Coordinate internally with specialists, managers, and the HR organization on recruitment matters
• Conduct remuneration and contract negotiations
• Create and manage employer branding initiatives
• Prepare employment contract documents and organize applicant onboarding
• Support the further development of the recruitment process
• Represent the company at trade fairs and events
• Continuously optimise and maintain recruiting reports, lists, key figures, and recruitment tools
• Coordinate external personnel service providers, framework contract partners, and potential partners in the recruitment process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in economics, business administration, or business psychology with a focus on human resources or comparable training
• Professional experience in recruitment
• Enjoy working with people and communicating at different levels
• Proficient in written and verbal English
