A global manufacturing company is looking for an HR Manager. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, compliance, talent growth, and organisational change.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for both offices
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in line with company policies and Korean regulations
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and employment contracts
  • Lead annual HR processes, including performance reviews, salary adjustments, and workforce planning
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Foster a collaborative culture through engagement initiatives, training programs, and diversity or inclusion efforts
  • Identify skill gaps and design training or development plans
  • Support post-acquisition integration and communicate organisational changes to employees

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field
  • Background in HR management, typically with progressively responsible HR
    experience, including roles in Assistant, Specialist, HRBP, and management
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders
  • Proven experience with local Korean companies’ HR process and culture
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing employee relations
  • Familiarity with the international companies' process and culture
  • Experience in managing post-acquisition HR integration is preferred
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
