[의료기기/인사총무] HR&GA Specialist

A foreign medical and safety technology company is searching for an HR&GA Specialist. The selected applicant will oversee the full recruitment cycle and manage payroll in coordination with external vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including search firm contact, sourcing, interviewing, and offer process; maintain recruiting webpage and job boards, schedule interviews, and support new joiner preparation
  • Operate onboarding and offboarding processes as required
  • Coordinate monthly payroll updates with a 3rd party vendor and handle monthly DC pension arrangements
  • Administer HR system operations such as SuccessFactors and HROK; issue certificates or documents; manage group term insurances, annual health checks, HR expenses, and resort reservations
  • Monitor and adjust annual leave balances, promote usage, and manage maternity and childcare leave, including document verification
  • Conduct mandatory local trainings, review past feedback, and explore opportunities with new training agencies
  • Support internal and external events; oversee office and building maintenance, including security, parking, mailing, and company car operations
  • Handle expat VISA processing, relocation, housing, and related documentation for executives and expatriates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 3 years of working experience in GA or HR is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent level written and verbal Korean and English
