An HRBP role is now open in a foreign digital platform. The successful applicant will be responsible for driving business performance by aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to help drive business performance using HR knowledge in workforce planning, change management, employee productivity, recruitment, and employee relations
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of HR programs in achieving business goals and outcomes
  • Monitor and measure HR metrics and KPIs to facilitate change and support growth and retention
  • Cultivate managers and employees to align with the company’s direction and market expectations
  • Implement and execute employee relations programs that foster a positive culture and enable manager effectiveness
  • Mitigate risk by proactively addressing legal considerations related to local employment law
  • Manage the local Office Experience person to ensure smooth office operations and support culture and engagement activities
  • Manage the local People and Rewards Operations person to support local people processes, compliance, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, law, or any related major
  • More than 7 years of experience working in the capacity of HRBP or HR generalist
  • Well-versed in Korean labour law
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Business level English and Korean
