A global medical device manufacturer is looking for a Sr. People Partner. The chosen applicant will deliver HR support across various functions, including talent and succession planning, employee engagement, and change management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR guidance and support in areas such as talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, labour relations and change management
  • Coach and consult people managers on performance management, employee relations, morale and organisational effectiveness
  • Guide managers to ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures
  • Establish strong relationships with HR Centres of Excellence, HRBPs and HR Operations to align and execute HR initiatives
  • Lead and influence change management initiatives to enhance performance and build organisational human capital
  • Conduct and manage investigations of employee complaints and concerns, ensuring appropriate action based on policies
  • Oversee accurate payroll processing, vendor management, and compliance with local legislative requirements
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including health and welfare incentive plans and executive compensation, and analyse spend versus budget

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, human resources, or related discipline
  • More than 10 years of total work experience in HR or related field
  • 5-8 years of related HR work experience in an MNC environment
  • Prior payroll processing experience
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare-related industries is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of local employment legislation
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other tools commonly used in HR
  • Proficient in English and Korean
