An international biotech company is searching for an HR Business Partner. The chosen applicant will be shaping and executing HR strategies by partnering closely with leadership and people managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to the Country MD and People Managers with strong business acumen
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and governance of people, policies, and procedures
  • Attract, develop, engage, and retain talent using best market practices

Oversee performance management and total rewards processes, communication, and execution

  • Champion employee experience and engagement with a positive influence
  • Streamline and enhance total rewards in line with market trends
  • Manage people operations, including payroll and benefits (outsourced), HRIS (Workday), and administration
  • Drive continuous improvement by challenging the status quo
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR partners to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, business management, psychology or a related field
  • 8-15 years of experience in multinational companies for a full spectrum of HR functions
  • Industry experience in healthcare and bioscience is a plus
  • Ability to communicate with all levels in the organisation
  • Fluent level English
