[리테일/인사] HRBP

An international clothing brand is searching for an HRBP. The chosen candidate will work closely with global HR teams to implement various initiatives across sales offices and stores.

Responsibilities:

• Partner strategically and operationally with business leaders to align HR approaches with business goals
• Work alongside Global HR, supporting the implementation of various initiatives
• Drive organisational development, collaboration, and change processes
• Support talent management processes such as competence development and succession planning
• Ensure quality in the recruitment and introduction process, providing support when needed
• Together with managers, ensure the quality of our processes for health, work environment and employee relations
• Plan and communicate on different yearly HR activities (goal setting, employee surveys, award procedures, etc.) and follow up

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in HR, talent management, or related roles, preferably within the fashion industry
• Broad understanding of HR operations experience in Korea, Singapore, and China
  Markets are highly preferred
• Strong in business acumen – ability to analyse HR data, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions to strengthen talent management
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level English
