[IT/인사] HR Associate (C&B)
A software company is looking for an HR Associate (C&B). The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing payroll operations through collaboration with outsourcing partners.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with payroll outsourcing services to manage Korean and global payroll
procedures - Operate compensation and benefits policies
- Support recruiting process and other HR admin tasks, including but not limited to
employment certificates, employee mandatory training, and employee data management - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan and support company-wide events
- Assist the Operations team with tasks, asset and workplace management, and
office fixed cost payments
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR (C&B) or related field
- More than 1 year of experience in payroll tasks is preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent level written and verbal English and Korean
