An international hearing solutions company is searching for a Customer Service Rep. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt, efficient support across multiple channels, effectively addressing a variety of customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and effective customer service via fax, email, telephone, and verbal queries, including support for product mix, warranty, supply, insurance, and 2nd processor inquiries
  • Update customer and recipient information in company systems
  • Process repair and service reports, provide warranty replacements, and assist with billing and shipping of repaired devices
  • Administer and manage the order-to-cash process in coordination with distributors and country sales teams, ensuring timely and accurate order processing
  • Support the Sales and Marketing teams by participating in events, education efforts, and candidate counselling to drive commercial value and business growth
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute account strategies, grow the market, and build long-term relationships with accounts and KOLs
  • Analyse sales and revenue forecasts, and create weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Manage Direct to Consumer (DTC) activities through Salesforce Health Cloud to support lead tracking and identify sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Audiologist or speech therapist background
  • Experience within the medical devices industry is highly advantageous
  • Technical experience is a plus
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills
  • Proficient in written and verbal English is preferred
