[의료기기/고객지원] Customer Service Rep
An international hearing solutions company is searching for a Customer Service Rep. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt, efficient support across multiple channels, effectively addressing a variety of customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and effective customer service via fax, email, telephone, and verbal queries, including support for product mix, warranty, supply, insurance, and 2nd processor inquiries
- Update customer and recipient information in company systems
- Process repair and service reports, provide warranty replacements, and assist with billing and shipping of repaired devices
- Administer and manage the order-to-cash process in coordination with distributors and country sales teams, ensuring timely and accurate order processing
- Support the Sales and Marketing teams by participating in events, education efforts, and candidate counselling to drive commercial value and business growth
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute account strategies, grow the market, and build long-term relationships with accounts and KOLs
- Analyse sales and revenue forecasts, and create weekly and monthly sales reports
- Manage Direct to Consumer (DTC) activities through Salesforce Health Cloud to support lead tracking and identify sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Audiologist or speech therapist background
- Experience within the medical devices industry is highly advantageous
- Technical experience is a plus
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Proficient in written and verbal English is preferred
