[의료기기/PM] Product Manager

A Product Manager position is now open in a medical equipment manufacturer. The chosen candidate will be developing and executing product marketing strategies, supervising local distributors, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Product Knowledge support to the sales team and local distributors
• Develop and execute the product marketing & sales strategies for the assigned product line
• Collaborate with the Marketing Communication Team to organise promotional activities
• Regularly update market intelligence information about customers and competitors’ activities
• Assist with the identification and establishment of Reference Sites
• Train the sales team and distributors on product knowledge, positioning, differentiation, competitive advantages, as well as the appropriate usage of clinical-related marketing collaterals
• Supervise and manage local distributors to drive the sales business and achieve pre-set sales quota and revenue targets
• Perform territorial analysis to properly identify prospective clients for our Company’s System and develop related business plans to advance its acquisition.
• Define account strategies and develop critical relationships with surgeons, radiation oncologists, other medical professionals and institutional administrators

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in the Medical Engineering field (Radiation Therapy related knowledge is preferred)
• 3-5 years in the Radiation Therapy industry
• Experience in a customer support role or training role for a medical imaging or radiation treatment environment
• Good command of computer hardware and software technologies, such as cyber-security, networking, Windows, MS Office, healthcare information systems, Salesforce, etc.
• Knowledge of digital marketing
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level Korean; proficient in written and verbal English
