An international biotechnology company is looking for a Sales Representative. The chosen applicant will be responsible for ensuring correct products and services are delivered to customers to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's product responsibilities across all segments, including resolving any issues
  • Design account-specific business plans considering customer goals, various initiatives, opportunity development, relationship networks and competitive threats
  • Build strong business relationships with customers through trust and loyalty
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Identify decision-makers within assigned accounts and act as a primary customer point of contact
  • Achieve annual and quarterly sales goals
  • Prepare proposals and quotations, initiate and plan customer visits at all levels of the account

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in a related product area, especially in the cell culture media market (similar market experience is also acceptable)
  • Proven account management and project planning skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
