A global consumer goods company is searching for an NEA Regulatory Affairs Manager. The selected candidate will lead and execute regulatory strategies to ensure full product compliance with local laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regulatory strategy across Korea and Taiwan to ensure full product compliance with local regulations
  • Build and maintain strong networks with relevant local and central authorities and trade associations
  • Drive regulatory risk assessments and provide clear guidance to business stakeholders on regulatory decisions
  • Manage horizon scanning and regulatory change management to identify risks and opportunities for the business
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global RA teams, legal, corporate affairs, demand planning, and supply chain for product deployment
  • Lead or support regulatory approval processes, import and export compliance, and licensing
  • Prepare and submit product registration dossiers and ensure timely follow-up with authorities
  • Monitor regulatory changes and manage potential market access issues

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in veterinary medicine, food science, food safety, chemistry, toxicology, nutrition, or related biological sciences
  • More than 7 years of experience in regulatory affairs, public policy, or working with trade associations in multiple markets
  • Experience in regulatory monitoring, risk/opportunity management, and advocacy
    execution
  • Proven experience engaging with and influencing regulatory authorities and industry
    associations
  • Deep knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (feed law, pet food, pharmaceutical regulations)
  • Strong understanding of small animal health, nutrition, and science is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent level written and verbal Korean and English
