Responsibilities:

  • 서비스 운영 및 지속적 개선
  • 의료기관 및 기업과 협업하여 서비스 완성도 향상
  • 내/외부 요청 우선순위 설정 및 실행
  • 서비스 정책 정리 및 운영
  • 실사용자 니즈 파악 및 데이터 기반 분석
  • 제품 개발 프로세스 정리 및 문서화

Requirements:

  • 3년 이상의 PM/PO 경력 또는 그에 준하는 역량
  • 서비스 기획 경험 바탕 유관 부서의 커뮤니케이션 능력
  • 문제 정의 및 해결 경험
