[IT/PM] CPO

A software company is searching for a CPO. The chosen candidate will be in charge of leading the development and prioritisation of the product roadmap, driving product initiatives from concept to launch, and supporting sales and revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a product strategy aligning with the business and growth strategies in collaboration with executive teams
• Define and prioritise the product roadmap based on market research, strategic priorities, user needs, and business objectives
• Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather valuable feedback, understand their current and future needs, and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships
• Work closely with go-to-market teams to support sales and revenue growth
• Provide strong leadership to all product-related teams to lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Identify and execute projects related to change management in organisational design, processes, and practices
• Understand market landscape, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and development
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and resource allocations

Requirements:

• More than 15 years of experience in product management or engineering leadership roles
• Proven track record of product success in an enterprise SaaS industry company, based on clear market strategies
• Proven leadership experience in team management and leading motivation
• Deep understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and best practices in product management and product development
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in design tools or design tool companies is a plus
• Fluent level English and Korean
