A multinational real estate services company is searching for a Health, Safety & Welfare Lead. The chosen applicant will ensure the safety and welfare of all employees by implementing safe working practices and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Adapt and standardise EHS agreed processes, plan and activities calendar to operate across the client account
  • Track, manage and implement corrective action plans on non-conformance related items
  • Program manage the collection of EHS related data from across all sites and prepare monthly status reports
  • Support the implementation of client’s EHS management system within defined client region
  • Monitor and record reportable incidents and accidents as well as provide support for accident investigations
  • Establish effective working relationships with FM Operations teams and functional peers

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of experience in EHS management or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of local industrial safety regulations (SAPA)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Comfortable corresponding with executive-level clients and interacting with individuals at all levels
  • Business level of English
