[부동산/시설관리] Facility Management Lead

A Facility Management Lead role is now open in a global real estate services firm. The selected candidate will be ensuring the assigned portfolio is safe, healthy, well-maintained, and serviceable.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines within the scope of the assigned remit
  • Respond promptly and effectively to identified risks, hazards, incidents, and emergencies
  • Prepare, plan, and deliver all aspects of the Site Facilities Management and Operations Plan
  • Develop, performance-manage, and optimise the downstream supply chain for all included services and supplies
  • Prepare facilities and site-related management reporting
  • Oversee cost-control processes, including budget estimation, tracking, and reporting
  • Provide specialist knowledge in support of company commitments and responsibilities
  • Carry out all aspects of facilities administration, including documentation control
  • Manage the assigned team of direct reports, including performance management

Requirements:

  • Higher level qualification or certification in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, or building, facilities, or real estate management, or related
  • More than 10 years of relevant experience in comparable roles (including developmental roles) along
  • Demonstrable leadership experience with high-performing teams
  • Consistent track record of success and achievements in prior developmental roles
  • Expert level knowledge of complex large-scale building systems and property operations (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building management and control or related systems knowledge and competencies)
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Multilingual is preferred
