[법률/회계] Finance Accountant

An international law firm is searching for a Financial Accountant. The selected applicant will be responsible for providing support to various tasks ranging from month-end reporting to managing accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities:

• Support month-end reporting tasks such as calculating accruals and prepayments, fixed asset accounting, journal entries, management recharges, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable including staff reimbursement, processing invoices, supplier reconciliations, bank payments, and client disbursement entry
• Handle accounts receivable, including posting receipts onto 3e, producing receipts for clients when necessary, notifying the relevant staff, and preparing client statements
• Assist in managing month-end billing-related activities
• Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliations for local and foreign currency accounts
• Update actualised inflows and outflows cash flow template to support forecast cash flow
• Work with the Finance Manager in preparation of local annual statutory accounts and partners' tax filings
• Assist with corporation tax filings and dividend payments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Qualified accountant is preferred (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent), or strong accounting experience
• Strong commercial financial background
• Highly analytical and numerate with the ability to understand the dynamics and key drivers of a modern professional services firm
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of an organisation
• Previous International Law firm experience is desirable
• Experience in using financial accounting systems (3e and Cognos TM1) is preferred
• Fluent level written and verbal Korean and English
