[제조/재무] Finance Manager

A foreign packaging company is searching for a Finance Manager. The chosen applicant will lead core financial processes, including monthly close, forecasting, and budgeting, while ensuring accuracy through balance sheet analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Direct monthly close, rolling forecast, annual budget processes, including reporting and analysis of results
• Analyse balance sheet to identify, reconcile, and explain significant variances
• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute financial and business strategies
• Build financial models and business cases to support decision-making, such as capital investments
• Ensure compliance with Local GAAP, US GAAP, and local fiscal regulations through liaison with authorities
• Review and refine internal controls and procedures to align with company requirements
• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring follow-up on action items
• Manage and develop finance team members for continuous performance improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance & Accounting
• More than 10 years of multinational company financial management experience
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, practices, and applications, both Korea and US GAAP
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of cost accounting, budgeting, and strategic planning
• Highly proficient with ERP systems
• Skills in analysing and evaluating accounting and internal control methods and financial reports
• Qualified accountant
• Fluent level written and verbal English
