[게임/프로듀서] Senior Game Producer (PM, LiveOps)

A foreign video game company is seeking a Senior Game Producer. The selected applicant will lead game production and live operations to ensure timely, high-quality content releases through cross-functional coordination and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Drive production planning and execution across live operations and content initiatives to deliver game-ready assets, updates, releases, and service plans on time
• Partner with development, production, publishing, and regional teams to manage schedules, dependencies, risks, and issue triage while keeping leadership informed and aligned
• Support critical operational workflows, including live game updates, service maintenance, security audit coordination, roles and permissions management, and release readiness in close cooperation with external partners and vendors
• Oversee deployment support for marketing and configuration data while providing backup support for content operations workflows

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of production experience in game development, with a strong focus on live operations, live content, or ongoing game service support
• Proven experience working with engineers and cross-functional teams to build schedules, manage complexity, and drive projects through completion
• Strong ability to anticipate risks, identify roadblocks early, and create plans that minimise impact to production
• Ability to share information clearly and succinctly across a range of stakeholders
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Korean

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience supporting online games or live service titles
• Experience with console publishing and submission processes
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools, along with strong familiarity with Overwatch and its live service environment
