A global technology and information services company is seeking an AI Solution Consultant - Legal Workflow. The selected applicant will partner with sales teams to deliver solution expertise, understand customer needs, and demonstrate AI-powered legal solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop solution proposals and provide product expertise to support sales teams in defining and scoping solutions that meet customer needs
  • Analyse customer requirements and position AI-powered legal solutions by demonstrating their value and differentiators
  • Manage and deliver product demonstrations throughout the customer buying cycle
  • Support the sales process by responding to new leads, progressing opportunities, and achieving recurring and outright Gross Sales targets
  • Stay current on legal industry trends, regulations, and policy changes to effectively position solutions and maintain domain expertise
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in Salesforce and other CRM systems to improve forecasting and customer engagement
  • Act as a trusted customer advocate by supporting complex renewals, retention efforts, and strategic deals while providing thought leadership internally and externally

Requirements:

  • 7-15 years of experience with a legal background, using/implementing legal software or relevant application software to drive efficiency, typically from an Enterprise/SaaS solution company
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
  • A 'closer' mindset with the ability to drive sales and close deals
  • Understand needs and opportunities for the legal team, legal automation, with the ability to apply that knowledge across a portfolio of clients
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with the sales process, bid management, and responding to RFP/RFIs
  • Good consultative and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent level written and verbal Korean and English
