[의료기기/이커머스] DTC Manager
A DTS Manager role is now open in a foreign medical device company. The chosen candidate will be leading and implementing e-commerce and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) initiatives in Korea to drive sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, implement and champion new e-commerce opportunities in Korea
- Ensure delivery of best-in-class e-commerce experience for all consumers engaging with the company
- Work closely with teams from all functions towards the company's common goal of sustainable growth by maximising acquisition, retention, loyalty and lifetime customer value
- Develop and continuously improve the e-commerce fulfilment process to maximise customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales through existing and new DTC channels
- Manage all eCommerce platforms, including content, technical aspects and uptime
- Provide ongoing reporting on sales, digital campaigns and promotions, website analytics, customer engagement and other necessary metrics as needed
- Work closely with the Korea revenue team to execute online campaigns and manage day-to-day operations for the DTC channel
- Liaise with online stakeholders, including revenue, marketing, finance, distribution, legal, QARA, tech services, CCC, external agencies and vendors
- Collaborate with internal and external logistics and fulfilment teams to ensure a seamless consumer online-to-offline experience
- Maintain current knowledge of the organisation’s products and services
- Manage a team of eCommerce executives, admins and specialists
- Contribute towards financial forecasting and business planning
Requirements:
- Strong experience in e-commerce management, including online merchandising, sales, fulfilment, customer service, operations and logistics across brand-owned, and 3rd party platforms (marketplaces)
- Experience working with enterprise-level web platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce
- Experience in managing projects through platform changes, upgrades, testing, and integration of new technology and systems
- Experience with web analytics and marketing tools/services
- Experience working with digital agencies, IT and e-commerce vendors and global marketing teams
- Strong understanding of e-commerce technology, including platform, payment process, content management, CRM, and automation
- Proven budget management, rostering, and process implementation skills
- Proficient in Korean and English
