A Department Online Mall Sales Manager role is now open in a global footwear company. The chosen applicant will support pricing, promotional, and profitability analysis to help drive business performance and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop insights based on the 5 levers of Revenue Growth Management (RGM): price positioning, promotional effectiveness, trade terms, price pack architecture, and channel and customer mix
  • Provide financial analysis to support operational decisions and strategic guidelines through profitability analysis at the product and customer level
  • Participate in improving pricing and trade conditions systems, and support regular negotiation processes to drive appropriate pricing
  • Support the Finance Manager in driving pricing and promotional strategies in the market
  • Review promotional performance for key brands and share findings with Commercial and Marketing teams to align on strategies
  • Assist in determining pricing and promotional plans for new product launches and monitor post-launch performance
  • Support preparation of presentations related to actuals, budgets, and forecasts
  • Represent the Finance function in special cross-functional projects
  • Support the Finance Manager in daily finance activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, or a general discipline
  • More than 8 years of relevant work experience in the Fashion or Retail Industry
  • Strong understanding of department store online channels and eTail operations
  • Strong understanding of market insights regarding online channel trends and product strategy within the Korean market
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively, analyse numbers/data, and solve problems to propose backup plans
  • Proven ability to manage P&L and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with channel partners.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and inventory management
  • Proficient in written and verbal English

Preferred Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience in e-commerce sales
  • Strong understanding of the department's online sales features
