[리테일/이커머스] Digital Activation Manager
A multinational footwear company is seeking a Digital Activation Manager. The selected applicant will be responsible for driving .COM commercial performance through day-to-day trading operations, digital campaign execution, and data-driven optimisation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day trading of the .COM business to drive revenue performance
- Plan and execute commercial activities such as promotions, digital-first/exclusive launches and live commerce
- Maximise the GTM plan to improve non-promo for sustainable business
- Analyse consumer behaviour (entry pages, previous pages) to inform campaign planning
- Develop and implement compelling value propositions that give consumers clear reasons to visit and purchase, aligned with target audience insights and business objectives
- Monitor key digital KPIs, including traffic, conversion rate, ASP, and AOV
- Utilise tools such as Adobe Analytics and internal dashboards to generate actionable insights
- Translate data into strategic recommendations and performance improvements
- Work closely with on-site merchandising, digital marketing, merchandising, brand marketing, finance, and global teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies to ensure cohesive execution and innovation
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience in eCommerce trading, digital activation, or commercial operations
- Proven experience managing day-to-day trading performance in an e-Commerce environment
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and using data to drive execution decisions
- Solid understanding of the Korean consumer and retail landscape
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent level Korean
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with SAP, SFCC, Adobe Analytics, and internal systems
- Business level English
