[리테일/영업] Sales Representatives (Contract)

A foreign consumer goods company is looking for a Sales Representative. The selected applicant will be responsible for managing accounts, driving sales growth, and developing customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure major sales KPIs and marketing standards are fully implemented across assigned accounts
• Manage accounts based on customer priorities
• Explore potential customers and co-develop growth plans
• Conduct periodic customer reviews to analyse past sales and establish action plans to ensure profitability
• Provide product training and education sessions to store staff, particularly at high-recommendation shops
• Report regularly on customer, shopper, and competitor insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG market (F&B, Consumer Goods, OTC Pharma, Optical company)
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
