[IT/영업] Senior Account Executive - CSP/e-Commerce
A foreign technology company is looking for a Senior Account Executive. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing customer accounts, driving business growth, building strategic relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop opportunities across the company's solution portfolio by effectively selling solutions and services using technical, organisational, and customer knowledge to influence decision-makers and build trusted relationships at all levels, including executives
- Identify, qualify, and pursue both long-term and short-term business opportunities while proactively addressing competitive threats and leading negotiations
- Grow and retain assigned accounts by understanding customer strategies, goals, and objectives while building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Develop and manage partner relationships and facilitate executive-level engagement between customers, the company, and its partners
- Apply a strong understanding of SecOps and/or DevOps personas to effectively support customer needs
- Develop strategies for sustained business growth and coordinate resources to achieve sales targets through accurate forecasting and revenue tracking
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, government regulations, and the product landscape to address customer needs effectively
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of high-touch and direct Sales experience to major CSP and e-commerce customers
- Account plan-based, driven sales experience with big/mega deal creation and close
- Sales experience with SW (perpetual or subscription), cloud-based products and services to large enterprise customers – Samsung, LG, etc.
- Proficient in Korean; business level English
