A CGT Sales Manager role is now open in a global biotechnology company. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing key customer accounts, developing strategic plans, and aligning customer needs with the company’s solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop account-specific business plans considering customer goals, initiatives, opportunities, and competitive landscape
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, aligning their needs with company solutions
  • Expand existing customer relationships by continuously proposing relevant solutions
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
  • Act as the key communication link between customers and internal teams
  • Identify key decision-makers within assigned accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare proposals and quotations; plan and execute customer visits across all levels of the organisation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to present and demonstrate the full range of company capabilities
  • Deliver presentations and create materials for both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • More than 5 years of sales experience in a related product area (CGT or cell-based toxicity & efficacy assay markets are preferred)
  • Proven experience in account management and project planning
  • Experience managing relationships with scientific communities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Solid presentation and material preparation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
