An international jewellery company is looking for a Sales Director. The selected applicant will lead B2B sales, business development, and boutique operations for artistic lighting, home decoration, and luxury lifestyle offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, property developers, and other B2B clients
  • Lead local business development and client acquisition strategies
  • Identify and engage key decision makers and influential parties
  • Work with the team to uncover new sales opportunities and engage potential clients
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate client records in CRM
  • Drive boutique sales through service excellence and relationship management
  • Build and grow a loyal client base aligned with brand identity and values
  • Guarantee personalised client experiences and timely issue resolution
  • Utilise CRM tools to enhance client relationships and engagement
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to host exclusive brand events
  • Inspire and lead the boutique team with professionalism and a client-first mindset
  • Ensure individual and team performance through coaching, training, and feedback
  • Collaborate on recruitment, onboarding, and team development
  • Maintain visual merchandising and boutique presentation according to brand guidelines
  • Oversee inventory, operational compliance, safety procedures, and expenses

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of experience in luxury retail
  • Proven B2B sales track record in home décor, lighting, furniture, or interior design sectors
  • Established network and relationships with architects, interior designers, and property developers, and B2B decision makers
  • Demonstrated leadership in sales and team management with measurable business results development results
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Requirements:

  • Fluent level English
