[에너지/SCM] Senior Stock Planner

An international marine lubricant company is looking for a Senior Stock Planner. The chosen candidate will be responsible for inventory and blending planning, demand forecasting, supply planning, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Plan replenishment according to the optimal blending mix based on blending plant comparisons and operational requirements
• Propose replenishment plans to ensure safe supply and minimise shortages
• Ensure all finished goods and additives are received and issued in good condition and report damages, leakage, and short-landing
• Maintain accurate stock records and control of all products in blender warehouses
• Manage inventory systems, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and proper monitoring of logistics entries
• Ensure on-time shipping documentation for export and import shipments
• Develop and maintain forecasting and planning tools, including monthly inventory updates and replenishment lead time reviews
• Update demand plans and finished product forecasts for all blenders based on business requirements
• Coordinate with commercial and regional teams to align demand forecasts and planning requirements
• Provide demand plans to support the development of cohesive Base Oil and Additive forecasts
• Create monthly optimised replenishment plans and coordinate their implementation with relevant teams
• Model the current supply chain network, measure relevant KPIs, and develop plans to drive operational efficiencies
• Provide performance management analysis for operations service providers and the supply chain team
• Communicate operational and supply chain performance to relevant teams
• Monitor key KPIs, including OTIF, DIO, cost, operational efficiency, and invoice efficiency
• Assist with root cause analysis and identify opportunities for supply chain performance improvement
• Support the development of improvement plans and budgets focused on cost and inventory optimisation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in math, engineering, data analytics, or consulting
• Proven experience in evaluating research and extrapolating results to generate unique and impactful solutions
• Strong inclination towards creative and innovative problem-solving using large disparate data sets
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional organisation
• Excellent project management, organisation, and team collaboration skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent level English

• Proficient in SQL
