[물류/SCM] Pricing and Procurement Manager

A multinational logistics organisation is looking for a Pricing and Procurement Manager. The chosen applicant will lead air procurement, pricing, and commercial activities while managing strategic logistics partnerships and a Gateway team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end air procurement, pricing, and commercial activities across airlines, customs brokers, trucking providers, and other strategic logistics partners to deliver competitive, scalable, and sustainable solutions
• Develop and execute procurement and pricing strategies that optimise cost, maximise profitability, and support business growth while maintaining service excellence
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with airline partners and key service providers to secure capacity, improve cost efficiency, and enhance market competitiveness
• Drive cost-setting activities and provide pricing expertise for strategic RFQs, global tenders, and key customer opportunities
• Analyse market trends, capacity developments, rate movements, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and recommend effective procurement and commercial actions
• Lead and support participation in local and global customer tenders by creating innovative and value-driven logistics solutions that strengthen customer value propositions
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Commercial teams to support customer acquisition, retention, pipeline conversion, and profitable growth
• Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities across strategic trade lanes, contributing to Go-to-Market initiatives, business expansion, and overall commercial success
• Lead and develop a team of four Gateway professionals based at Incheon Airport
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Ensure efficient management of the ICN Gateway facility, including cost control, process optimisation, and service quality
• Promote a collaborative and customer-centric team culture

Requirements:

• 10-20 years of experience within Air Freight, Freight Forwarding, Logistics
• Strong experience in Air Procurement, Pricing, Carrier Management, or Product Management
• Proven experience managing relationships and negotiations with airlines, customs brokers, trucking companies, and other logistics service providers
• Experience participating in global or local customer tenders and RFQ processes
• Solid understanding of export air freight operations, with significant exposure to outbound air logistics
  

Preferred Requirements:

• Previous people leadership experience; high-potential candidates demonstrating strong leadership capability will also be considered
