A multinational luxury fashion brand is looking for an Inventory Control Specialist. The chosen candidate will for import and export operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, cost analysis, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage importation and exportation operations for goods and non-selling goods
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for retail stores and duty-free channels
  • Review import/export requirements and regulatory restrictions to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Coordinate regulatory compliance activities, including recycling contributions and waste charges
  • Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor delivery status and resolve logistics issues in a timely manner
  • Analyse inventory/logistics-related costs, including COGS, and ensure accurate booking in the ERP system
  • Perform inventory provision calculations and analyse the financial impact of inventory
  • Perform inventory adjustments based on stock count results and identified inventory discrepancies
  • Process inventory reclassification transactions based on approved business requirements and accounting guidelines
  • Perform sales reconciliations between systems
  • Maintain vendor master data and support new vendor registration
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or other related functions
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Korean and English
