[가전/유통/SCM] Logistics Coordinator (Contract)

A consumer electronics company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The chosen candidate will manage customs, inventory, warehouse operations, and shipments to ensure efficient logistics operations and customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customs clearance activities
• Coordinate receiving, warehousing, inventory stocking, and shipment execution with freight forwarders and logistics partners
• Inspect incoming deliveries for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and take appropriate corrective actions
• Manage inbound product handling and maintain accurate inventory records
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between demand and supply
• Coordinate warehouse operations, including inventory storage and product release activities
• Prepare regular monthly operational and inventory reports
• Collaborate closely with local sales and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient logistics operations and customer support

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics
• Advanced level MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF functions
• Solid understanding of customs clearance procedures and international trade terms (Incoterms)
• Strong and accurate record-keeping
• Coordination skills with the ability to resolve shipment-related issues effectively
• Hands-on, proactive, and self-motivated working style
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in written English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience using SAP
