A Direct Transport Sales, Air role is now open in a multinational logistics organisation. The selected applicant will be driving business growth by managing customer relationships and delivering air freight solutions within the DTS channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers within the DTS channel by providing expertise in Air products
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement effective sales strategies and respond to customer inquiries and requests
  • Develop and implement customer business development plans aligned with short-term and long-term sales strategies and market conditions
  • Utilise SFDC (CRM tool) to optimise the sales pipeline and maintain data quality
  • Participate in tendering processes and manage client relationships
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by managers

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of Air Freight Sales experience from a local or global forwarder
  • Hands-on experience managing SME customers (Industry insights or commercial experience in key verticals such as E-commerce, K-Beauty, and Consumer is preferred)
  • Strong hunting capability with a proven track record in new customer acquisition
  • Strategic thinking with both short- and long-term planning skills
  • Business written and verbal English
