A global consumer goods company is looking for a Brand Activation Specialist. The chosen applicant will be responsible for planning and executing integrated brand activation initiatives across digital and offline channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute integrated brand campaigns across the full Pet Owner Journey, with a strong focus on digital touchpoints, including microsites, event pages, and campaign hubs
  • Develop and implement brand content and media strategies across the PESO model (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned)
  • Build and optimise SEO/SEM strategies to improve brand discoverability and conversion
  • Apply A/B testing, performance monitoring, and data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Manage brand platforms (.com and RC Club), ensuring consistent messaging, creative assets, and campaign deployment in collaboration with the global .com team
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Brand, Corporate & Health Affairs, and Regional/Global teams, as well as external media and creative agencies, to deliver seamless brand activation
  • Support media planning and activation based on deep pet owner insights
  • Create engaging, social-first content across key platforms, including social media, online communities, and YouTube
  • Define strategic messaging, content formats, and influencer/KOL partnerships aligned with brand positioning
  • Execute peer-to-peer recommendation programs, including brand ambassador initiatives, pet owner seminars, and KOL collaborations
  • Monitor social conversations and emerging trends to maintain relevant, engaging, and culturally impactful content
  • Support digital marketing projects across VCM by identifying effective approaches and establishing testing frameworks
  • Track brand performance and generate insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Ensure consistent, on-brand execution across VCM through aligned storytelling and brand standards
  • Support A&P budget management to ensure effective and efficient investment allocation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 5 years of Brand Communication experience in global FMCG
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and agencies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in an international environment
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
