An international education organisation is searching for a Country Product Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for leading product, sales, marketing, and team performance to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse teams, sales performance, market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies and implement impactful tactics
  • Contribute to the development of the product under your responsibility
  • Develop, execute, and support the team to meet short and long-term sales goals in the South Korea market
  • Achieve established sales and business goals
  • Monitor current sales trends in South Korea and proactively identify future opportunities
  • Oversee day-to-day sales activities
  • Demonstrate strong sales leadership and serve as a role model
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team
  • Motivate team members and establish individual and team goals and objectives
  • Manage the performance of sales coordinators, including performance reviews and development plans
  • Identify staffing needs and execute successful recruitment campaigns
  • Develop future leaders within the organisation
  • Identify key customer segments in the South Korea market based on the global product portfolio
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to increase brand awareness among key customer segments
  • Develop and implement marketing KPI metrics
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools and universities to drive business growth
  • Drive local lead generation activities and support the creation, production, and distribution of marketing materials
  • Monitor budgets and ensure effective expense planning and cost control
  • Manage local administrative activities, including invoicing, visa preparation, and related tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (sales, marketing, or business is preferred)
  • More than 8 years of work experience (sales and marketing, and a B2C-oriented industry is preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong network in South Korea
  • Korean with experience in studying and living abroad
